“Bringing Social to Software” - at LeWeb3 this week in Paris:
I had at least 25+ people come up to me and tell me it was their favorite panel.
Here I am handing the mic to Robert Scoble - who asked the same question I always ask: “when can users move their data OUT of these SNS?”
I also asked up David Recordon to tell us about OpenID2. Here’s a fair synopsis.
All in all I’d say it was a pretty successful panel. Others agree.

Yes Marc, yours was one of the best panel sessions at leWeb. Hope they get the video up soon. The live production at LeWeb was great in all the halls….last years’ videos on the web are poorly encoded. I think they need more speakers from India and China and the find ways to complement TED rather than trying to compete with it. Tons of success in 2008 and it was great to hear you sing - you might want to do some of that next time you’re on stage.
