Is it licensed under GNU / GPL - last I checked I thought that it was free for personal use (not clear what that means) , but that I have to pay for it if it is used for commercial purposes. In other words - if I download it and set it up on my current website that gets say 10,000 users and run ads on it to make money from the traffic - do I have to then pay for it ??
