Doc Searls’ ‘Bill of Necessities’ and Mary Hodder’s Social Media User’s Bill of Rights - take #2 are two posts that are reverberating throughout the blogosphere started with our Bill of Rights for users of the social web. The BoR itself is going through a rewrite its verbiage is completely vetted, consensus is built and we can submit it to the EFF - among others - for support. Mary has changed the way dabble’s EULA reads. Insead of co-ownership, now dabble’s members have FULL ownership and dabble has the right to use that data. Kind of turning the tables on the status quo.
