Its a lifestyle thing
People ask me, “Marc why do you come to Trieste?” “There is nothing here for you.”
I say to them that’s the way I want it. No touristi, no crowds; just beautiful people, food and places to be.
Around the back of our apartment, in an alley, is this place. You wouldn’t think it’s a world class fish place, but it is.
