Just how flakey is Five Across?

I just got off the phone with yet another potential client - who is complaining of the treatment they’re getting from Five Across. This is starting to be a pattern we’re seeing:

- Five Across signs up some big media customer

- they miss their deadlines, they make promises about a next generation platform coming on-line

- and then they just completely flake

By now the word is out on what they’ve done to the NASCAR social network and we know what they did to dailyComedy.com.

Any others out there who want to tell their Five Across story?

    Marc, I have no idea about Five Across one way or the other - but this is just bully pulpit. You’re using private conversations to slag off a company with which you have no relationship or connection - apart from that they are a competitor. Is this what blogs are for?
