		<description>Marc, it probably is RDF based. O'Reily's announcement of it seems to be more about the whizz than the technology, but Nova Spivack seems to think it's a big deal for SemWeb people, so it's quite likely that it's RDF based. Not that I find that scary - RDF is an extremely powerful data standard that confuses people because it's often stored and transmitted as XML.</description>
