John Furrier, Robert Scoble and Val Cunningham have announced the Vloggies - an awards dinner on Sat. Nov. 4th.  This is the team at PodTech and it really starts to show how this world is maturing.

The awards scene is at the Swedish American Music Hall on Market St. - which is where Robert outed the fact that he was leaving Microsoft.

I sure hope that there’s a category for video aggregators.  I’d vote for dabble.

And what about a pioneer’s award to JD Lasica for the great job he’s doing with ourmedia.org? 

Or maybe some award for Tony Perkins for his daring leadership for the hearts and souls of Republicans everywhere.  That really takes allot of nerve and daring.  And the risk involved is amazing.

At the end of the day - it’s Val’s shoulders who are gonna carry this load.  I can see her fingerprints all over this. She learned allot from Tony, but watch out world - Val is out there and kicking some ass now!
