Dunno. The link you offer points to a fan-made video which is way more powerful than a makie-upie vloggie nomination.

yep, i hope to see you at house of shields on nov. 3 — that party is hosted by dabble and blip.tv and open to all fans of all vloggers! nominations were submitted by fans (not a committee) so next year, be sure to nominate her. see you soon!
