		<description>No, GData is not a closed api. It's an open specification. And Google releases a hell of a lot of code back to the open-source community. Microsoft does not pay people just to work on open-source; Google is the primary cash-cow behind Mozilla/Firefox, paying most of the money to develop it. Lkewise, it employs Guido von Rossum, paying him, and allowing  him to spend 50% of his time doing python! Which Microsoft employee is alowed to spend HALF their time wokring on their pet project?</description>
