Interweaving an offsite with a product launch and several conferences
Gaurav is already getting homesick, Paolo is here (and helping to moderate a Bloggercon session) and I’m trying to make sure that everyone is happy, while we get some work done.
Its great to be able to introduce the team to everyone.
The fun time and photo ops happen when we all fly up to Seattle together.
So we’re finding last minute bugs, we’re shooting videos, testing “out-of-box” experience and I’m wearing out t-shirt and showing off our USB meory stick.
The challenge to me is to keep us focused while having all this fun.
