Great to see YouTube getting VC.  They have to pay for all that bandwidth - somehow - right?

Accessing Amazon S3 storage service via Javscript.

Valleywag is proving to be somewhat valuable.  Here’s a bunch of links of Web 2.0 logos.  What a warped blog that is. He goes from pure drivel - to somewhat interestng stuff - back to innane bullshit, back to timely poop.  That means I have to follow him and just filter out the ‘Google hottie’ worthless blah blah.

New types of prostitution are entering our world.

It’ll be interesting to see folks try and come in and usurp Attention.  My bet is - that they’ll get their asses kicked.

Only until Jon Udell does a screencast does a new technology become relevant.  So Live Clipboiard is now officially - real.

Bertelsman tries to connect their meatspace clubs to cyberspace.  How long did it take them to figure that one out?

No - there are no layoffs at Technorati. These people are leaving of their own accord.

Expectations are growing for Cyworld US.

CNet goes vertical - goes after college students.  So now they’re a technology company. Before we talked about them being either a media company or news agency.  I guess they get to be all three.

David Galbraith points to a timeline on Food.  One thing missing “Buffalo Chicken Wings”.  I as there at their birth.  NYC 1980.  :-)  I’llnever forget. The owner of the resturant I was working in (at Houston and W. Broadway) comes in and says “we’re gonna take fried chicken wings, mix them in hot sauce and serve it with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.”  We looked at him like he was ordering us to cool aliens for lunch.  Little did we realize.

NOW.com is rocking the IPTV world in Hong Kong.  We were part of the original NOW.com - back in 1999.

Jonathan Abrams is back. I wonder if Mark Pincus is funding him this time around again.  And Reid Hoffman.

Jeffrey Veen gets real.
