Marc's Voice

building the open web one bit at a time

Wassup in the blogosphere today?

Yah wake up and it keeps going.  Will it ever ’stop’?

We had a great seder last night.  Mimi recanted the story of Baby Moses and freeing the Jews - as we had just seen the new production of the 10 Commandments on TV. Mary Hodder and friend came over. It was perfect. Lucy just went off and ignored us all, chattering in her baby talk kind of way.

I totally changed the Hagadah and seder round - mainly cause we couldn’t find my on-line one.  Then we did later. At least the archive of it (its missing allot of images and the music.)

Meanwhile……

Arnaud Leene groks it.  Totally.  Whether it be about Rod Boothby’s proposal or the deficiencies of Google Calendars. I just love this guy. Unfortuantely I’m missing him in Amsterdam - but I’ll get down to Provence one day - just to hang with Arnaud.

I agree with Halley - this is a classic David Letterman Top 10 list.  Check it out.

Dare Obasanjo explains why Calendaring APIs will be the new hotness.  I agree.

Fred Wilson while deploring software patents - still pertuates the whole thing by insisting that his portfolio companies files for as many as possible.  A) Another reason why I don’t do VCs.  B) “Hey Fred - why don’t you take some of that money you got - and hire lawyers for the rest of us - too - cause this shit is out of hand!”

Plazes API is finally released. Maybe I’ll see Ton in Amsterdam during Queen’s Day.

Maya’s Mom - [via TechCrunch] - more family oriented software.  Coolio.

Interesting perspective on SB.org from Sid Yadav.  [vis Stephen M. Cohen]

Folks are finaly starting to recognize how cool Qumana is.  Congrats to Jon Husband on his incredible vision and insights.  I’m proud to call myself an advisor to Qumana.
