Mix of links….. - enjoy them…..
Here’s a Mac guy - giving his view of Mix06. His name is DG - and he exemplifies a whole generation of folks who still dislike Microsoft so much - that they’re willing to live off of the crumbs that Apple mistakenly leaves behind. Microsoft is much more conscious of their developers - but it’s really the next generation of developer support - as defined by Yahoo - that is the guiding light on all this stuff - nowadays.
Coolio coverage of me - from Technorati - with lots of people saying lots of different things about me. The un-meeting coverage is coolio. And the subsequent discussion on ‘auto-discovery’ and microformats.
Nick Bradbury knows me - well. Foilks quoting me about eBay stats.
There’s a new version of IamAlpha.com from AOL. It’ll give you an idea of where they’re going. Their module spec is a microformat.
danah’s new essay “Friendster lost steam. Is MySpace just a fad?”
Federated Media gets a portal.
Would somebody tell me what’s so special or different about Fold.com?

“…folks who still dislike Microsoft so much - that they’re willing to live off of the crumbs…”
Yow. You really need to read that review again. For one thing, dg is a _she_, and second, she’s bi — she uses both Mac and PC, which in my book puts her in a pretty good place to offer constructive comparisons.
