Keeping Niall happy
The only negative thinghappened at the StructuredBlogging.org announcement was when Niall Kennedy reported - from the back of the auditorium - that our feeds didn’ validate in the WC3 validator.
My answer: “we’ll fix it.”
Any other complaints? We’re Wordpress 2.0 compliant, 1,000,000,000,000% microformats complaint and available for Moveable Type - too.

Just noticed your blog post saying that we’ve fixed the validation issue, and wanted to make sure you know that that post was asking for
*opinions* on my *suggested fix*. The plugins still produce non-validating HTML - it’s not fixed yet.
And Nial concurred:
I read Phil’s post, which basically lays out some of the things under consideration to make the output more compliant, but nothing seems final and implemented quite yet.

Structured Blogging RSS Validation Issue Fixed
At the Syndicate Conference in San Francisco the week of December 12, 2005, I was able to attend a special announcement about the Structured Blogging initiative that was highlighted on SwF. During the announcements QA session Niall Kennedy determined that
