Mena Trott made a big deal about civility in the blogosphere duirng Les Blogs, and confronted Ben (of the BBC) who was heckling her on the backchannel - IRC channel.
And as I was speaking during our panel, the image of me sleeping was put up behind me. I guess they should have made sure that the panels weren’t so boring.
What this photo is - is me ignoring that taunting activity, telling the audience: “I don’t give a dam about what anybody says about me - just spell my name right.”
That shut them up - so we could conitnue with our panel.
And correct spelling is with a “K” at the beginning and an “E” at the end. Right?
