Here’s my take on it:

- To make someone happy, you’ve got to support their format. To make everyone happy, you’ve got to support everyone’s formats.

- There are always going to be more formats than you want. Get over it.

So my response back is:

- hell yes - it’s not like the world will stop one day and everyone will agree “we’re done”.

- I tried to make the point “most develoeprs either choose ONE route and stick with it or choose all routes and support all”. We’re going meta - supporting every notion that enters into anyone’s head. Why not?

- Phil is not just sucking up to the boss, he actually groks it.

- we got so much shit in the piepline we can actually schedule announcements now
