One of the highlights of my trip was going to a place called Moti Mahal. The original one - in old Delhi - wa started in the 1920’s - and is credited with ‘inventing’ the modern day Tandoori Chicken dish - known worldwide as the hallmark of Indian food.

Of course, the Tandoor oven has been around forever - but it took one entreprenuer - Monish Gujral - to commercialize it and make it famous.

So we went back twice, the second time bringing the entire Tekriti company with us.
