I am really looking forward to helping you in new and creative ways in the next year.

My hands are a bit tied currently, but by '06, I hope to be able to sponsor at least 1 new developer a quarter towards this exciting project.

My main initial question is how scalable do you plan on making the operation of this site.  You mentioned that you will enable other hosts to also create their own social network or their own GoingOn hubs of private social networks.  

This is something i have been dreaming of for awhile!

I'm assuming that all these social network hub of hubs ;) will also be connected, but i'm curious about the details on how the relationships are going to be matched up?

Ie. Degree of hubs, in addition to the degree of social networks?

or more simply member to member, no matter what social network or GoingOn hub operator?
