Gotta try it out.

The secret is out of the bag

Wednesday, June 15th, 2005

I promised Dick Hardt I wouldn’t blog about this - but now that Photo Matt has blogged it - the whole world knows: Sxip is working on a TypeKey killer - based upon their Sxip Networks ytechnology.
It’ll be revealed at SuperNova next week. It’s about time!

Firefox has $35M in cash

Wednesday, June 15th, 2005

I too had heard that Firefox had $35M in cash from their relationship with Google.
They’ve officially denied it and pointed to their site - saying that their financials were on-line. But I can’t find it.

I’ve been waiting for a Tablet PC for years - ever since Scoble first showed me his - years ago.

Wednesday, June 15th, 2005

Add to that starting a new career (or at least chucking the old one) is also right up there with life’s greatest challenges.
So good luck to Bryan Bell - we’ve all been loving his artwork - for years!

Looking forward to hanging with Roland at least twice

Wednesday, June 15th, 2005

Even if we can’t see Roland’s cutie pie baby - we’ll at least get some time to record a podcast, talk about Bryght and Drupal and eat some dim sum (Mimi calls Har Gow - “shit balls!”.)
We’re headed down to Vancouver today to attend VIDfest.
Thank god it wasn’t washed out in a Tsunami!
