So I’m not going to attend the upcoming DIDW conference - but I’ll hang out in the hallway, and schmooze. The sessions are usually really boring, the food horrible and the trade show is for enterprise wonks.

So why go at all?

Meanwhile someone forgot to tell Kevin Werbach about DIDW, as he’s having a party. And THEN there’s Syndicate.

This IDG Syndicate Conference in New York May 17/18 is turning into a real coming out party for RSS.

So how ’bout we all get together and party in NYC on Weds. the 18th?

I say Keen’s Steakhouse (on 35th & 6th) - where we used to go for Think New Ideas board meetings and investor presentations (which was right around the corner from Adam Curry’s office at Think New Ideas.)

You see - I used to be on Adam’s board.

Anyway it’ll be great to see Dave Winer, PK, Rafat, Henry Copeland, Brad Horowitz, Robt Scoble, Ross, David Galbraith, Bob Wyman, Udell and of course - Doc.

I just missed Matt MacAllister in London - by a few feet, so…
