Origins of the term Tagerator

OK - so while everyone is sipping French wine and getting ready to go to Loic’s party - I’d like to ask a question.

Who coined the term ‘Tagerator?’

I know who I heard it from first - but I’d like to ask Mr. Clavier who HE heard it from. And by Tuesday night we’ll know for sure.

Meanwhile I’ll be in London - thinking about open source high-end graphics and effects - and putting MacroAdobe out of business. But I don’t like to go to blogging conferences.

If I ever have to hear someone say “what is a blog?” I will die - so I prefer to live and not go to yet another blogging conference. Yet I am sure it will be anything but that - but i must protect my wife and family.

I cannot afford to die - so I will not risk my health by the possiblity of even being in a room NEAR where somebody says that….

Yo Marc. I did not hear from anybody per se, but it had been used in the past in the context of aggregating tagged content (like del.icio.us, flickr, buzznet, etc.).

    Why ?

Have a good time in London. Too bad you can’t hop to Paris to hang out with us.

I’ve been using “taggregator” since Technorati came out with theirs in January but first blogged it about a month later in Feb.

I didn’t hear it from anyone, but I’m sure someone came up with independently before me. It’s a pretty obvious term to use. :)
