Sorry - I just had to say that - too cool to miss the opportunity.

So here are some wheelchair folks getting “protected by huge crowds of cops” - right near City Hall in Seoul. Not sure what the cops thought these wheelchair ridden folks could do, but they sure as hell came out in force.
