Friendster starting to give me useful information about - my friends
At the end of the day - when everyone else goes home - it’s true friends that show up to help you clean up.
So it was to my delight that the few folks flowing through my ‘Friendster newsletter updates’ - really are real friends. Imagine that?
Friendster giving me helpful, useful, timely information. It’s kind of nice to watch people go back, upload a new photo or update their profile. Friendster has finally accepted it’s position in the community - as a has-been.
The grand old daddy of social networks. By providing us with simple, courteous, useful newsletters - they’re actually serving a purpose. Putting your network into context and being courteous to your constituents is the first thing Friendster seems to have gotten right - in a long time.
And they’re tracking discussions too! Holey meme monitoring - BatMan! What could ahve gotten into them? Actual meme-ranking.
