Scoble is almost as old as me
Scoble is turning 40 on Jan. 18th, and is having a party on the 22nd.
Too bad - cause I’ll be in Seattle on the 23rd, getting ready to attend Steve Boback’s Blog Business Summitt. So maybe we can do a second B-Day party?
Meanwhile I’ll be 48 on Jan. 13th.

Hey Marc, dimension7 does not have any big sponser
like microsoft et…. so ten dollar donation
does not actually pay for the cost space,, it just helps.
A donation is nice because we set up the chairs
video et… and clean up afterwards….
It is not really wierd it is just polite.
I host a user group meeting for computer graphics once a month at dimension7. It takes an hour to set up video set up et and a few minutes to clean up.
While usually 30 people and we leave a donation jar we usually end up with 15 to 20 dollars.
So I basically pay money to have people come.
That gets old after a while… no?
