Paolo sent me this photo report of what’s up in Trieste, at a place called da Pepi. As usual Pepi’s is serving up the killer pork - in many variants. Trieste is not just Italy, but a little bit of Solvenia and Germany as well.

Needless to say - they have their own version of ‘la dolce vita’.
