In the same CBSMarketWatch story comes the new that Mary Meeker now think blogs and RSS are the hottest thing on the Internet.

Oh good - thank goodness. I was worried that we weren’t.

Also interesting to note - Shawn Gold formerly of eUniverse - is joining Weblogs Inc. for biz and content strategy. eUniverse are the folks who started MySpace and because they had all these Cold Fusion modules (like gaming, surveys, ratings, etc.) they were able to ramp up MySpace quickly and get it to the place it’s in today - as the #1 flow social network.

I wonder if Shawn can do the same thing with Weblogs Inc. They better because if any of those blogs stay below 250,000 hits a month - Jason may just pull the plug on them.
