For some reason Spanish-speaking bloggers are among those who show the most interest in the Internet Topic Exchange. They use it for instance to help build a directory of spanish blogs, and for metablogging. Now Peruvian blogger Juan Arrelano seems to have caught the bug and has started a translation & discussion of ridiculously easy group-forming.
